Jerry Lee Lewis was born September 29, 1935 in Ferriday, Louisiana. And September 1, his music will be reborn with an explosive concert inside the River Palace Arena at Sam’s Town Hotel & Gambling Hall. Jerry Lee Lewis has been making music since he was 5. That’s when his parents found him playing on his Aunt’s piano and declared him a natural. After that, his Dad mortgaged the family home to buy a piano for young Jerry Lee. The rest is musical history. And even though Jerry Lee’s personal life has been less than calm....the attention and applause he seeks is always for his "God-given" talent and love of playing the piano.
